Connecting Globally, Witnessing Industry Recovery

This edition marked a comprehensive return to the global stage post-pandemic, an event widely hailed as the “Olympics” of the refractory and metallurgy sectors. According to the official final report, over 2,200 exhibitors from 56 countries presented cutting-edge technologies, attracting more than 63,300 professional visitors from 114 nations. On this truly global platform, the Yongyi Refractory booth served as a vital bridge connecting Eastern and Western markets.

Focusing on Decarbonization: Showcasing “Yongyi Solutions”

The core theme of this year’s exhibition was “Decarbonization” and “Circular Economy.” Aligned with these global trends, Yongyi Refractory highlighted our energy-saving refractory solutions:

Lightweight Energy-Saving Brick Series:Significantly lowers the shell temperature of kilns and furnaces, effectively reducing heat loss.

Long-Life Monolithic Refractories:Specifically designed to combat the high-erosion environments of steel and non-ferrous metal smelting, extending lining life and reducing resource consumption.

During the exhibition, our technical team engaged with a diverse range of clients from Germany, Italy, Turkey, and South America. We received high praise for the on-site customized consultations we provided, specifically addressing client demands for “reducing specific refractory consumption per ton of steel” and “improving thermal efficiency.”

Looking to the Future

Mr. Lu Xintao, General Manager of Yongyi Group, stated: “GIFA/METEC is not only a platform for product display but also a window to study and benchmark ourselves against the world’s top technologies. Through this exhibition, we have further solidified our ‘Go Global’ strategy. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our products in accordance with international standards, providing increasingly competitive refractory solutions to our clients worldwide.”

Although our journey in Germany has concluded, our partnership with clients across the globe is just beginning.
