Silica Bricks
Silica bricks have high high-temperature strength, a high refractoriness under load (1620 ~ 1680℃), and strong resistance to acidic slag corrosion. They do not deform after long-term use at high temperatures. The residual expansion during heating makes the masonry joints tight, ensuring good gas tightness and structural strength of the masonry. They are mainly used in thermal kilns such as coke ovens and glass melting furnaces.
